Each maisonette has the ground and the first floor connecting with an interior stair. To the ground there is a full-kitchen equipment, a living-room with a sofa-double-bed, and the bathroom. To the first floor we have the bedroom and a second bathroom, too. Up, there is a private terrace of 25m² which offer an enchanting view over the sea, and the horizon and a smaller balcony with a view to the greenery of Ikaria.

The maisonettes has free air-conditions up and down, t.v to the living-room and bedroom, computer, internet, phone, parking and barbecue. Outside, you can relax in a flowerful garden and enjoy your family or your friends. You can also play tavli, chess and other games for those who desire self-concetration and pneumatical silence.
